Information Security Support Subject Matter Expert at Arlo Solutions LLC

We are currently looking for a Senior Information Security Support Subject Matter Expert to join us for a full-time, on-site position in the United States. In this role, you will play a critical part in our security operations, ensuring that our clients receive expert guidance and support regarding complex information security policies.

Responsibilities

• Review documents, transcripts, and manuscripts to identify potential classified information, determine if unauthorized disclosures have occurred, and create metrics to track these cases.
• Work closely with original classification authorities and the Department of Defense Office of the General Counsel to manage inquiries, conduct damage assessments, and coordinate necessary referrals to the Department of Justice.
• Draft and coordinate official notification correspondence for Congress and the Information Security Oversight Office while contributing to the development of new security policies.

Requirements

• You must hold an active TS/SCI Security Clearance to be considered for this role.
• We require a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in information security or a related field.
• You should have at least 5 years of professional experience in security policy, specifically within the Department of Defense or the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
• You must demonstrate strong written communication skills, including the ability to independently draft, coordinate, and staff actions across the OSD, the Services, DIA, and the Joint Staff.
• We value candidates who have experience representing security policy positions at forums and facilitating discussions to resolve policy issues.
• Knowledge of security functions such as insider threat, operations security, technology protection, and declassification is highly desired, and experience with OUSD(I&S) or the CFIUS process is a significant plus.
