What you bring

In this full-time, hybrid role based in the Netherlands, you will act as a key player in strengthening our information security posture. You will be responsible for maintaining our security policies and ensuring that our people and systems remain protected. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting periodic risk analyses and implementing effective security measures.
• Managing our annual pentesting program and coordinating vulnerability management.
• Supporting our compliance efforts by monitoring evidence for frameworks like ISO27001.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with an HBO+ level of education and at least three years of experience in an information security role. You should possess strong analytical and communication skills, allowing you to translate complex security concepts into understandable advice for your colleagues. Proficiency in both English and Dutch is required. While not strictly mandatory, we highly value candidates who hold certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. Familiarity with cloud security, CIS controls, and frameworks like SOC2 or ISAE 3402 will certainly help you stand out.
