What you bring
As our new Information Security Director, you will serve in a full-time capacity based in India, operating in a hybrid work environment. You will work closely with our SVP of Information Security and various business units to protect our products and data against emerging threats. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the deployment of detection, compliance, and administrative solutions to strengthen our overall security posture.
- Managing vulnerability reporting and penetration testing to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks.
- Collaborating with internal teams and clients to address security questionnaires, manage compliance certifications, and facilitate third-party vendor risk assessments.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background and at least 10 years of experience in information security, IT auditing, or as a business information security officer. You should hold a degree in Computer Science or possess equivalent professional experience, with certifications like CISM, CISA, or CISSP being highly desirable. We value individuals who are systems thinkers with a quantitative approach to problem-solving. You must be proficient in the MS Office suite and possess the ability to communicate complex security risks to all levels of management. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, a focus on accountability, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment where you can influence outcomes across diverse teams.
