What you'll be doing
- You will act as a bridge between our security team and various business lines, actively recruiting and coordinating a network of Information Security Advocates to spread our security message.
- You will manage the ongoing engagement of these advocates by hosting regular meetings, maintaining communication channels, and developing educational resources to help them grow their expertise.
- You will work closely with managers to integrate security-related objectives into annual reviews and job descriptions while ensuring the wider business understands the importance of our security policies.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in information security and a passion for promoting best practices. We are looking for the following qualifications and skills:
- A professional certification such as CISSP or CISM, or an equivalent qualification.
- An ITIL V3 or V4 foundation certification.
- Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to effectively promote the reputational and financial importance of security to diverse stakeholders.
- The ability to translate complex security risks into clear, actionable insights for the business.
