The role
We are hiring a full-time Information Security and Network Services Manager at the senior level. This remote position is open to candidates located in AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, TX, VA, or WA and requires approximately 25 percent travel to our sites.
Core responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain WAN and LAN infrastructure, Meraki firewalls, wireless networks, VPN access, and VoIP systems while leading network and security work for new clinic builds and managing vendor relationships for SD-WAN and internet services.
- Oversee information security operations including SIEM monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, identity and access controls, and HIPAA compliance audits, while maintaining certifications such as HITRUST, SOC 2, ISO, and NIST.
- Deliver security awareness training, conduct third-party risk assessments, and personally troubleshoot complex network and security issues as both a strategic leader and hands-on individual contributor.
Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience, plus seven or more years in senior network engineering and information security roles, ideally within healthcare.
- Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or CCSP, along with deep expertise in Meraki infrastructure, SD-WAN technologies, enterprise security frameworks, and HIPAA compliance.
- Strong command of English and proven ability to manage multi-site connectivity, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing organization.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this role is $120,000-$160,000 annually.
