We are looking for a Senior Information Security Analyst to join our team at DataLab USA. In this full-time, on-site role, you will help protect our systems and ensure we maintain the highest standards of data integrity and security.
Responsibilities
- Install, administer, and troubleshoot various network security solutions.
- Manage software updates and security patches to ensure all network resources remain defended.
- Conduct vulnerability and penetration testing while developing robust disaster recovery plans.
- Oversee and respond to alerts within our enterprise SIEM system.
- Configure security systems and provide recommendations for ongoing infrastructure improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA, NIST, ISO, SSAE 16, and CMMC.
- Manage perimeter security, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Provide remote support using hardware and software-based connectivity tools.
- Document technical issues and escalate them according to our internal policies and impact assessments.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in an IT or IS field, or at least 3 years of relevant experience combined with specific security certifications or training.
- Professional certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, Network+, or Security+.
- Hands-on experience with server and service-level monitoring software.
- Proficiency in using enterprise ticketing systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications, as well as UNIX-based systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be a local candidate, as this position is on-site and does not offer sponsorship.
