Winona is a pioneering telemedicine company dedicated to providing hormone replacement therapy for women navigating menopause. We operate a fully vertically integrated model that includes our own compounding pharmacies, a team of in-house physicians, and a proprietary technology stack that powers everything from our patient portal to our marketing systems. We are currently looking for a proactive and highly organized Influencer Marketing VA to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will help us scale our creator-led growth by identifying top-tier talent, managing outreach, and nurturing relationships to ensure our influencer programs drive meaningful results across both paid and organic channels.
Responsibilities
- Identify and vet high-potential creators on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, ensuring their content style and audience quality align with our brand positioning.
- Execute daily outreach campaigns and manage ongoing communication to onboard creators, negotiate deliverables, and keep them informed about our campaign briefs and conversion goals.
- Maintain our internal databases and tracking systems, such as Airtable and Google Sheets, to monitor the status of every creator from initial contact to final content delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with influencer marketing, user-generated content, or creator partnerships.
- A strong grasp of current TikTok and Instagram trends, specifically regarding what makes content perform well and drive conversions.
- Excellent written communication skills for managing professional relationships and crafting personalized outreach.
- High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a personal computer, with the ability to work consistently during US time zones.
- Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and CRM software is considered a plus.
