What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Industrial Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that focuses on optimizing our computer vision technology within the automotive manufacturing sector. You will be a key player in driving operational excellence and helping our customers revolutionize their own production floors.

What will you do?

• Lead the integration and optimization of our computer vision systems to directly enhance safety, quality, and productivity for our clients.
• Facilitate cross-functional Kaizen events and apply Lean methodologies to identify waste and streamline complex operational flows.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure our deployments deliver measurable improvements to our customers.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in industrial engineering and a deep understanding of automotive manufacturing environments. We value candidates who are proactive, analytical, and ready to solve complex problems.

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a Master’s degree being a plus.
• You bring at least 5 years of experience working in an industrial engineering capacity within the automotive industry.
• You have a solid grasp of Lean manufacturing and Kaizen practices.
• You possess excellent communication skills in English and are comfortable with project management and training development.
• You are willing and able to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
• You are eager to learn new software tools and take a hands-on approach to your work.
