We are hiring an Inbound Sales Development Representative to manage high volumes of inbound leads, conduct structured qualification conversations, and schedule quality demos for our Account Executives. Key outcomes
- Respond promptly to inbound leads through phone, text, and email channels.
- Conduct structured qualification conversations using established scripts to identify customer intent.
- Route leads appropriately and schedule qualified demos for Account Executives.
- Record all activity accurately within our CRM system while meeting daily call, activity, and quality standards.
- Maintain focus, organization, and consistency throughout each workday in a high-volume environment.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone for a significant portion of the day.
- Ability to follow scripts, processes, and daily activity expectations with precision.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and consistent work ethic.
- Coachable mindset with openness to feedback and a reliable approach to work.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn CRM tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call-center environments.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Interest in building a long-term career in sales.
- College coursework or degree.
Compensation
