We are looking for a Senior Inbound Marketing Expert to join our team at Ruutly on a full-time, on-site basis in Canada. Ruutly is a bootstrapped startup focused on building meaningful connections, and we need someone who is ready to dive into the challenges of an early-stage environment. Your primary mission will be to generate high-quality inbound leads from mid-size and enterprise-level prospects using a mix of online and offline strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative experiments to drive meaningful interactions, conversations, and conversions.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of inbound leads by leveraging platforms such as Google Adwords, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Integrate compelling storytelling into our sales process to effectively communicate our value and empathize with the specific struggles of our clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inbound marketing for early-stage startups, supported by a portfolio of successful projects and data.
- Strong technical proficiency with HubSpot, including having or obtaining your HubSpot inbound certification before your start date.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to solve complex problems independently and thrive with minimal supervision.
- Excellent management skills, including the ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a productive and positive work ethic.
- A deep understanding of the sales process and a genuine desire to help others by identifying and addressing their unique pain points.
