Your Job
You will generate quality inbound leads for Ruutly. Those leads will range from mid-size to enterprise level leads. Those leads will come from a variety of online and offline sources.
Your Checklist
► You've done this in the past for other early-stage startups and have a portfolio of work and data to support your successes.
► You don't have all of the answers but we do expect you to know how to find those answers.
► You're an idea-person. You have things you want to try and experiment with to drive interactions, conversations and conversions.
► You're a storyteller and recognize how important stories are to the sales process. Speaking of the sales process, you understand the sales process and the role of inbound leads.
► You're a true problem-solver and have clear examples of problems you have solved in the past.
► You understand Google Adwords. You've used Twitter for inbound leads. You've used LinkedIn to build a pipeline of inbound leads. You're also testing new platforms and looking for value in a variety of tools and platforms.
► You don't wait to be told what to do and you're able to be ultra productive with limited direction.
► You're Hubspot inbound certified or will be by the time you start with us.
► You're able to manage stress and have healthy releases.
► You're resourceful and don't believe that throwing dollars at a problem automatically solves it.
► You're able to put yourself in the shoes of others. You see and empathize with their problems and struggles and genuinely care to help

Your post-secondary eduation or lack of it has zero impact on you working with us. We want hungry, creative problem-solvers who are interesting to work with.
