We are searching for a kind and professional individual to join our family as an in-home caregiver for a couple over the age of 80 living in Los Gatos, California. Role at a glance
This is a full-time, on-site position perfect for a junior caregiver. You will be working Monday through Friday from noon to 6 pm. We are hiring directly through the Herewith platform, which offers free support during the interview process and handles background checks for all applicants.
Your impact
- You will assist with daily personal needs, including dressing, hygiene, bathing, and bedtime routines.
- You will support our physical well-being by helping with mobility, medication reminders, and guided exercise or physical therapy activities.
- You will keep our home running smoothly by preparing meals, managing light housekeeping, and joining us for errands or community outings.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be fluent in English and comfortable managing mobility support and light household tasks. We value candidates who are reliable, compassionate, and capable of maintaining clear communication with our care team by updating logs and sharing important health updates.
Perks and compensation
The pay rate for this position is $24 per hour, resulting in an annual salary of $50,000.
