What you bring
As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will serve as an internal project manager, partnering with HR and business leaders to guide them through the onboarding of our software. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the United States. You will act as a hero for our clients, ensuring they feel confident and capable while using our platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building exceptional relationships with global clients through clear and effective communication.
- Managing the technical setup by importing client data into their new accounts.
- Providing expert guidance and training to help clients maximize the value of our software.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in customer service and a proven ability to master new software programs quickly. We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, high proficiency in data manipulation using Microsoft Excel, and the ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate clear verbal and written communication. We value candidates who are self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing their time effectively to meet project deadlines.
