We are looking for a dedicated Implementation Project Manager to join our team for a six-month engagement. Our company focuses on delivering high-quality software solutions, and we need someone with deep expertise in UKG products to help us guide our clients through successful system transitions. You will work in a fully remote environment, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure our projects are delivered on time and within scope. Please note that because we prioritize the safety of vulnerable individuals, all candidates must pass a thorough background check and adhere to our strict safeguarding policies.
What you'll be doing
- Take the lead on UKG software implementations, overseeing every phase from the initial kickoff to the final delivery.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules while keeping stakeholders informed through regular status updates.
- Identify potential risks early in the process and work proactively with technical and business teams to resolve issues and maintain high quality standards.
What you'll bring
- At least five years of professional experience in project management, with a specific focus on software implementation.
- Between two and three years of hands-on experience working directly with UKG solutions.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills that allow you to manage complex timelines effectively.
- A PMP or similar project management certification is considered a valuable asset.
- Fluency in English to ensure clear collaboration with our global stakeholders.
