We are looking for a dedicated professional to help our most complex clients get the most out of our tools.

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Implementation Manager for a full-time position. In this role, you will partner with our Success Managers to guide clients through the onboarding process. You will be responsible for translating unique client needs into tailored software solutions while refining our internal best practices to ensure every project is a success.

Key Responsibilities

• Take the lead on client onboarding by performing needs assessments, building comprehensive project plans, and driving product adoption.
• Facilitate consistent communication through regular status meetings with both our clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work alongside our sales, development, and support teams to ensure we meet client requirements and consistently exceed their expectations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software implementation and a passion for problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in a field such as Business, Computer Science, or Communications.
• At least 5 years of experience in SaaS platform implementation, ideally in a role that involves direct client interaction.
• Exceptional project management and communication abilities.
• A solid understanding of cloud-based software and infrastructure.
• Proficiency with technical tools and data transformation, including Google Sheets, SFDC, Domo, Pendo, Jira, Excel, and scripting languages like Python.

Location

This position is based in India and operates on an on-site basis.
