We utilize advanced technology and a world-class clinical team to manage and support patients directly from their homes. As one of the fastest-growing remote patient monitoring platforms in the country, we are looking for passionate individuals to help us expand our reach and improve clinical outcomes for tens of thousands of patients.
About the Role

In this mid-level role, you will act as a bridge between our health system partners and our internal teams to launch our remote intervention platform. You will work alongside engineering, product, and sales departments to guide technical integrations, ensuring our clinically-proven programs are successfully rolled out to large patient populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders, translating complex EHR requirements into clear, actionable project plans.
- Foster seamless collaboration between IT, clinical, and administrative departments to ensure the timely and successful integration of our platform with partner systems.
- Manage all project communications, keeping both internal and external stakeholders updated on progress, potential risks, and ongoing issues.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in project management or technical implementations.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with healthcare EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athena.
- Proven ability to influence key relationships and partner with large organizations on complex technical projects.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated talent for cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with a firm grasp of healthcare IT standards.
- Comfortable navigating the fast-paced, high-growth environment of a scaling healthtech company.
Location
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere.

- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401k plan with company matching.
- Unlimited vacation time and paid holidays.
- A dedicated home office budget and remote equipment setup.
- Flexible working hours.
