Implementation Manager at Biofourmis

We are dedicated to bringing personalized, proactive care into the home to help people live longer, healthier lives, and we are looking for an Implementation Manager to help us set a new standard in accessible healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire deployment lifecycle for our solutions, from the initial kickoff meeting through to the final go-live phase.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that every implementation is smooth, timely, and impactful.
• Configure our platform to align with specific clinical workflows, ensuring the technology enhances usability for our partners.
• Create and lead customized training programs for clinical and operational staff to ensure they feel confident using our tools.
• Work alongside internal departments, such as product, technical program management, and customer support, to hit project milestones.
• Provide hands-on assistance during critical project phases, including both remote and on-site support.
• Develop comprehensive expertise in our platform, including all software features and digital device integrations.

Must-haves

• A bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus in a technical or healthcare-related field.
• At least two years of experience implementing software within healthcare environments.
• A minimum of two years spent working directly with clinical and operational teams to adapt technology to real-world workflows.
• A Project Management Professional certification or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of building trust with stakeholders.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment while working cross-functionally.
• A collaborative, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English.
• A willingness to travel up to 15 percent of the time for client implementations.
