We are dedicated to bringing personalized, proactive care into the home to help people live longer, healthier lives, and we are looking for an Implementation Manager to help us set a new standard in accessible healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire deployment lifecycle for our solutions, from the initial kickoff meeting through to the final go-live phase.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that every implementation is smooth, timely, and impactful.
- Configure our platform to align with specific clinical workflows, ensuring the technology enhances usability for our partners.
- Create and lead customized training programs for clinical and operational staff to ensure they feel confident using our tools.
- Work alongside internal departments, such as product, technical program management, and customer support, to hit project milestones.
- Provide hands-on assistance during critical project phases, including both remote and on-site support.
- Develop comprehensive expertise in our platform, including all software features and digital device integrations.
Must-haves
- A bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus in a technical or healthcare-related field.
- At least two years of experience implementing software within healthcare environments.
- A minimum of two years spent working directly with clinical and operational teams to adapt technology to real-world workflows.
- A Project Management Professional certification or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of building trust with stakeholders.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment while working cross-functionally.
- A collaborative, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English.
- A willingness to travel up to 15 percent of the time for client implementations.
