What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere. You will take the lead in overseeing the deployment of our software systems, ensuring that every new integration works in harmony with our clients' existing technologies and operational workflows.
What will you do?
- Manage the full project lifecycle by creating detailed implementation plans, setting clear timelines, and coordinating the necessary resources to hit key milestones.
- Design and execute integration strategies that align with our technical architecture while ensuring that our software functions seamlessly within the client's current ecosystem.
- Serve as the primary bridge between cross-functional internal teams, such as engineering and operations, and our external clients to guarantee that project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
