Implementation Change Management Lead Consultant - Technology Enablement at Quisitive

We are expanding our Customer Excellence team and seeking an Implementation Change Management Lead Consultant to guide clients through technology adoption and organizational change.

Key outcomes

• Lead organizational change management activities for technology enablement projects, including application implementations, rollouts, and adoption initiatives focused on Microsoft solutions.
• Apply structured change management methodologies such as ADKAR to guide organizations through digital transformation and maximize user adoption of Microsoft technologies.
• Assess client readiness, identify stakeholders, and define project goals and success criteria for technology-driven initiatives.
• Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions that support adoption of Microsoft solutions including Dynamics 365, Copilot, and modern workplace applications.
• Develop communications, training, and governance practices that promote effective technology usage across client organizations.
• Collaborate with project delivery teams to recommend solutions that increase technology adoption and deliver measurable business value.
• Lead OCM workstreams by mapping milestones and tasks required for successful technology project completion.
• Advise on project changes, manage resistance, and support client sponsors and champions throughout the change process.
• Create proposals, statements of work, and estimates for OCM engagements with a technology focus.
• Identify new opportunities for technology enablement and adoption within client environments.
• Educate internal delivery and sales teams on the value of OCM and how it drives successful technology adoption and customer ROI.
• Evaluate existing tools and processes, implement continuous improvement cycles, and develop internal enablement materials.
• Act as an internal advocate for OCM by sharing success stories and best practices that demonstrate tangible business outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to craft value propositions and presentations that clearly articulate the benefits of OCM in Microsoft technology projects.
• Mentor and support junior consultants on OCM practices and project delivery.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of consulting experience in organizational change management, customer success, or management consulting, with a strong emphasis on technology implementation projects.
• Experience applying the ADKAR methodology.
• Proven experience leading medium- to large-scale organizational change efforts related to IT transformation, technology enablement, or application implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft project delivery, including Dynamics 365 implementations, Copilot, Modern Workplace, Application Development, Migrations, ERP, or Data projects.
• Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate organizational challenges in technology-driven environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technology concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience designing and implementing user adoption plans, workshops, and training for technology solutions.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and the phases of the technology project lifecycle.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in ambiguous or fast-paced situations.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring others.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• PROSCI certification or equivalent credential.
• Experience conducting OCM pre-sales activities, including requirements elicitation, effort estimation, and client negotiation.
• Previous success driving adoption of Microsoft technologies, especially Dynamics 365 and Copilot.
