What you bring

In this full-time, on-site role based in Greece, you will serve as a senior member of our technical team. You will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of our office systems and applications. Your daily contributions will be vital to our operational success, specifically in the following areas:

• Managing and supporting our complete range of IT systems, including hardware, software, networking equipment, and end-user devices through 1st and 2nd level support.
• Overseeing our internet and intranet infrastructure, which includes managing mail servers, office automation tools, security software, and backup systems.
• Providing direct support to users, troubleshooting ERP issues, and ensuring that access and security protocols are strictly regulated.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong foundation in IT administration and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should hold a university degree in an IT-related field and have at least five years of professional experience. It is essential that you are fluent in English and demonstrate a natural ability to mentor others while maintaining a collaborative, multi-tasking mindset during high-pressure situations. Your technical toolkit should include expertise in Azure AD, Intune, Office 365, Windows Server, and PowerShell. Furthermore, a solid grasp of networking fundamentals and IT service management workflows is required. We highly value candidates who hold relevant Microsoft certifications and have practical experience with VPNs, hybrid identity management, and mobile device support for both Android and iOS platforms.
