Role at a glance

We are hiring a Mid-Level IAM Systems Admin to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States. Please note that you must reside in Colorado by your start date, as this position requires working from our office two days per week.

Your impact

• Manage and support critical Identity and Access Management applications within our 24/7 enterprise environment.
• Troubleshoot complex performance issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
• Oversee the maintenance, upgrades, and project work for essential systems including Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, PKI, and identity lifecycle services.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should be a strong communicator with a technical background in identity management and server administration. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in a technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 5 years.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, PKI, and LDAP.
• Experience with identity federation, SSO, and password vaulting services.
• A solid understanding of both Windows and Linux server environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English.
