We are a modern software company based in Hyderabad, dedicated to scaling digital businesses that disrupt the global utility retail sector. Our team provides specialized technology development, customer experience, and process optimization services to support award-winning utility retailers across New Zealand and Australia. We believe in creating exceptional technology that serves our employees, our customers, and the planet, and we are currently looking for a Hybrid Mobile App Developer and Software Consultant to join us on a full-time, on-site basis.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage technical teams by recruiting and training talent to foster a high-performance, collaborative work environment.
Implement and drive agile development methodologies to improve project efficiency while managing codebase development across various global applications.
Optimize our Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices to ensure streamlined software delivery and robust security throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

We are looking for an executive-level professional with over 10 years of experience in leading technical teams and managing full-stack projects. You should possess a strong background in cloud-based microservices architecture and agile environments.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in PHP, Angular, HTML, jQuery, and Python.
Experience with responsive design using CSS and extensive API development.
Hands-on experience with AWS and containerization tools like Docker.
A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, such as a B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, or MCA.
