We are looking for a student to join our People team as a Human Resources Trainee. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Maia, Portugal. As part of the Iberian Sports Retail Group, which is now part of the JD Group, we operate a massive network of over 400 stores across the Iberian Peninsula. We are passionate about sports and committed to fostering a diverse, international environment where you can learn and grow alongside a team of more than 10,500 colleagues.

Responsibilities

Assist with the registration and preparation of various training initiatives.
Help develop and create effective training materials.
Manage the creation and preparation of employee identification cards and ensure all documentation is properly filed.

Requirements

You are currently pursuing an education in Human Resources.
You possess a B2 level of English and are proficient in Portuguese.
You have a strong command of MS Office tools.
