We are looking for a student to join our People team as a Human Resources Trainee. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Maia, Portugal. As part of the Iberian Sports Retail Group, which is now part of the JD Group, we operate a massive network of over 400 stores across the Iberian Peninsula. We are passionate about sports and committed to fostering a diverse, international environment where you can learn and grow alongside a team of more than 10,500 colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the registration and preparation of various training initiatives.
- Help develop and create effective training materials.
- Manage the creation and preparation of employee identification cards and ensure all documentation is properly filed.
Requirements
- You are currently pursuing an education in Human Resources.
- You possess a B2 level of English and are proficient in Portuguese.
- You have a strong command of MS Office tools.
