What is this role?

We are looking for a Human Resources Talent Acquisition Intern to join us on-site in the United States. This is an internship position designed for a current student who wants to dive deep into the world of talent acquisition. You will work closely with our leadership team to understand how we identify, attract, and hire the best people for our clients.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with our Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to source and target potential candidates for our clients.
• Take charge of managing our job postings within our applicant tracking system and across various external career and college boards.
• Develop and execute creative candidate generation strategies, with a significant focus on leveraging social media channels to reach new talent.
