We are looking for a Human Resources Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team on a remote internship basis. In this role you will support our talent acquisition efforts by helping source and engage candidates, maintain our applicant tracking system, and contribute to social media outreach that connects us with strong talent for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to source, target, and recruit potential employees for clients.
- Manage job postings within our applicant tracking system and distribute them across career sites and college boards.
- Develop candidate generation strategies with a strong focus on social media channels while assisting HR with scheduling and content creation across platforms.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in human resources or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methods, and recruiting practices.
- Strong skills in social media management and content creation for recruitment purposes.
- Fluency in English.
