Foresight Diagnostics is a venture-backed molecular diagnostics company based in Boulder, Colorado, dedicated to improving cancer treatment through non-invasive, cell-free DNA liquid biopsy technology. We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis to oversee our core people operations and compliance functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end administration of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, disability, and 401k plans.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure all employee records in our systems remain accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate leave management programs, ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain confidential personnel files and essential employment documentation.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Support the broader HR team with HRIS implementation and various special projects.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations and benefits-related inquiries.
Must-haves
- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in a dedicated human resources role.
- Current PHR or SPHR certification.
- Proven experience with HRIS implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Strong background in managing benefits administration and full-cycle payroll.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment law and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Boulder, Colorado, five days per week.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous work experience within the biotechnology or biopharmaceutical industries.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Specific expertise in California and Colorado labor and employment laws.
