Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates by leveraging internal referrals and professional networks.
- Manage the application intake process to ensure that prospective talent is identified and contacted when relevant openings arise.
- Communicate regularly with our talent community to share company news and updates regarding our evolving career opportunities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated senior-level experience within the human resources field.
- Deep understanding of human resources practices and talent acquisition strategies.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to thrive in a 100% remote work environment.
