Our mission is to provide the academic and personal skills necessary for our students to succeed after graduation. We invite you to join our inclusive, respectful, and service-oriented team where we celebrate continuous improvement and the collective success of our community.
What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in the United States. In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner, guiding leadership through complex HR matters while managing key initiatives that support our staff. Your work will be essential in maintaining a positive, compliant, and high-performing environment across our network.
- Provide expert consultation to campus leaders on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Lead the design and delivery of professional development training programs covering topics like compliance, DEIA, and HR best practices.
- Oversee critical HR projects and administrative functions, including HRIS management, data analysis, and survey development.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who excels at managing multiple priorities under pressure. You should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to facilitate engaging sessions for various audiences. A high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential, as is a knack for data analysis and managing digital platforms. We look for candidates who hold either a high school diploma with at least six years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree in a field like Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology paired with at least two years of experience. You must have at least three years of progressively responsible experience in HR operations or compliance. While not mandatory, holding an HRCI or SHRM certification is strongly preferred, as is a working knowledge of Pennsylvania and New Jersey employment regulations.
What we offer
We are proud to support our employees through a comprehensive benefits package designed to foster both professional growth and personal well-being. We offer a positive work environment where you can make a lasting impact on the future of our students.
- Hybrid work arrangements to support work-life balance.
- Access to an annual professional development fund.
- A robust employee assistance program.
- A dedicated mental wellness budget.
