As our first dedicated People Team representative in Hong Kong, you will play a vital role in supporting our APAC region. About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hong Kong. In this mid-level role, you will act as the face of our People Team on the ground. You will balance recruiting responsibilities with broader HR operations to ensure our APAC employees have the support they need to succeed while helping us scale our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of recruiting for the APAC region, including hiring campus interns and graduates.
- Oversee local People Team operations, such as maintaining employee data in our HRIS, managing onboarding processes, and assisting with benefits administration.
- Monitor employee morale and engagement to ensure a positive workplace experience while serving as the primary point of contact for our regional staff.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in recruiting.
- A Bachelor's degree and fluency in English.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS software.
- Experience in financial services, technology, or the crypto industry is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion.
