Role at a glance
We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team on a full-time basis. This mid-level position is perfect for someone who thrives in a hybrid environment, working three days in the office and two days remotely. You will be based in the United States and will play a vital role in supporting our regional operations.
Your impact
- You will guide and coach our leadership team on company policies to help them navigate complex organizational challenges and manage their teams effectively.
- You will take the lead on employee relations, which includes investigating workplace concerns and providing actionable recommendations for resolution that align with current labor laws.
- You will oversee the full lifecycle of our talent pipeline, from managing recruitment and onboarding to handling offboarding and complex leave of absence cases.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role, specifically handling confidential matters, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
- A strong grasp of English, along with deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to travel occasionally to support our various locations.
