About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will serve as a vital member of the Franklin leadership team. You will provide high-level support to our employees and management, ensuring that our corporate HR initiatives are effectively implemented at the local level. Your work will directly impact our manufacturing and distribution operations, helping us maintain a workplace where diversity, equity, and inclusion are prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary resource for our diverse workforce by providing coaching on employment practices and resolving employee inquiries or complaints.
- Manage the full life cycle of the employee experience, including recruiting, conducting interviews, extending offers, and leading the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Partner with local management to navigate performance management, conduct investigations, and ensure consistent compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- You must be bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively support our workforce.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR generalist or support roles, with specific expertise in employee and labor relations.
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing or distribution environment is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain discretion.
Location
This position is based at our manufacturing and distribution facility in Franklin, Tennessee.
