• Partner directly with our clients to understand their staffing needs and provide them with the best temporary or contract employees for their specific requirements.
• Oversee essential administrative and compliance tasks, including conducting background checks, managing I-9 documentation, and utilizing our staffing software to maintain accurate records.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in Human Resources and recruiting. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience in screening, staffing, and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in using job boards and internet sourcing tools to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients, temporary employees, and internal management.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and provide professional guidance to temporary staff regarding their performance and interview preparation.
