Our global team of over 800 specialists works alongside major law firms and corporate legal departments to deliver essential insights and resources. We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Moncton, New Brunswick. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring that everyone who interacts with our office has a positive experience. We operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and eager to grow their career in human resources.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including processing new hires, handling onboarding plans, coordinating exit interviews, and maintaining accurate electronic files in compliance with legal standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering employee inquiries, administering health and retirement benefits, and managing workers' compensation or unemployment claims.
- Lead internal engagement initiatives, such as planning employee appreciation events and managing our various recognition and award programs.
What you'll bring
- A four-year degree or a comparable combination of education and professional experience, along with at least one year of direct work in human resources.
- A strong command of HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office, specifically with high proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of professionalism when handling confidential information, and the ability to use social media effectively for recruiting and onboarding tasks.
- Fluency in English and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
