What you'll be doing
- You will support the maintenance of our HRIS platform, acting as a first point of contact for troubleshooting system issues.
- You will play a key role in benefits administration, which includes managing open enrollment, reconciling invoices, processing HSA funding, and overseeing COBRA enrollments.
- You will handle general personnel responsibilities, such as resolving HR service desk inquiries, processing employment verifications, maintaining I-9 compliance, and assisting with leave of absence administration.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least one year of relevant HR experience or a degree in a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Prior exposure to HRIS or similar management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A high level of discretion when handling confidential information and a strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
What you'll get
