What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to work on-site at our fulfillment center in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a full-time role where you will serve as a key partner to our operations leadership, ensuring our team members are supported and our culture remains strong. Your daily focus will involve managing complex employee relations, driving performance management initiatives, and utilizing HRIS systems to maintain operational excellence.

• Provide strategic HR guidance to management to support our fulfillment center objectives.
• Lead employee relations efforts, including conducting investigations and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Implement and oversee performance management programs to help our team grow and succeed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position brings at least seven years of experience in human resources, ideally within a fast-paced fulfillment or distribution environment. You should have a deep understanding of employment law and a proven ability to resolve conflicts with empathy and fairness. We value candidates who are highly proficient in Microsoft Office and modern HRIS platforms. You must be comfortable working in an on-site environment and possess the communication skills needed to build trust with employees at all levels. While not strictly required, a bachelor’s degree in a related field and professional certifications like the PHR or SHRM-CP are highly regarded.
