Role at a glance
This is a senior-level, full-time position designed for someone who excels at building relationships and driving business outcomes through people. You will provide holistic HR support to specific business units, acting as a strategic partner to our leaders. This role is fully remote and open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
Your impact
- You will guide managers and employees through the full talent lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
- You will lead the implementation of company-wide initiatives, such as learning and development programs, compensation reviews, and annual engagement surveys.
- You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing expert coaching on complex employee relations and organizational development to ensure our culture remains strong.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- A deep understanding of UK employment law, including practical experience managing grievance, capability, and redundancy processes.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, with a SHRM certification considered a major plus.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Permanent work authorization for the UK.
