Role at a glance

This is a senior-level, full-time position designed for someone who excels at building relationships and driving business outcomes through people. You will provide holistic HR support to specific business units, acting as a strategic partner to our leaders. This role is fully remote and open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.

Your impact

You will guide managers and employees through the full talent lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
You will lead the implementation of company-wide initiatives, such as learning and development programs, compensation reviews, and annual engagement surveys.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing expert coaching on complex employee relations and organizational development to ensure our culture remains strong.

What you'll need

At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
A deep understanding of UK employment law, including practical experience managing grievance, capability, and redundancy processes.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, with a SHRM certification considered a major plus.
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
Permanent work authorization for the UK.
