Our no-code solution is trusted by Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike, helping them modernize legacy systems and accelerate automation goals three times faster than traditional development. We are currently looking for a dedicated Human Resources Assistant Manager to join our Global Operations Center in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will be a vital part of our team, managing the full employee lifecycle and supporting our broader organizational objectives while working closely with our colleagues in the United States and Mumbai.
Key outcomes
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, which includes onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and maintaining precise employee data.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and company policies while keeping our HR systems, such as Keka HR, accurate and up to date.
- Generate meaningful HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights.
- Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives to foster a positive, high-retention workplace culture.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and leadership development.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team by assisting with resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR services and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Between 4 and 10 years of professional experience in HR operations, including exposure to recruitment and employee relations.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with global teams and navigating cross-cultural environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and the ability to manage HRIS platforms effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- A proactive, action-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working within a B2B or SaaS company environment.
