The role

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Affordable Care Act Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This position is perfect for someone who has a background in HR compliance and is looking to apply their technical knowledge of payroll and HR software to support a diverse client base. If you have experience with Evolution software, we would love to hear from you.

Core responsibilities

• Manage client needs regarding HR and ACA compliance, including tracking insurance eligibility, processing offers of coverage, and filing year-end ACA documentation.
• Provide expert training and ongoing support to clients on the use of Advanced HR and Evolution payroll systems.
• Collaborate with our internal team to update operational procedures in response to evolving software capabilities and changes in federal law.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in Human Resources and compliance. We value candidates who have a technical aptitude for payroll systems and software support. You must be proficient in English and demonstrate a commitment to professional development by completing at least 20 hours of approved CPE coursework annually. Your ability to troubleshoot software issues and provide timely, accurate guidance to clients is essential to our mission.
