About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Advisor to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. In this position, you will serve as a key resource for our managers by providing guidance on the application of collective agreements. You will be instrumental in managing grievances and arbitrations while ensuring that our workplace remains respectful and engaging. You will also play a vital role in our recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring that every new hire has a positive and structured start to their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to management regarding the application of collective agreements and handle complex labor relations matters such as grievances and arbitrations.
- Lead recruitment and integration initiatives to ensure new team members are welcomed effectively and feel supported from day one.
- Act as a strategic partner in change management, supporting both managers and employees as they navigate organizational transitions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in Human Resources management. We are looking for someone who demonstrates excellent judgment, rigor, and active listening skills. Because we operate in a bilingual environment, proficiency in both English and French is essential. You should be comfortable managing change and possess the administrative skills necessary to ensure our HR processes remain efficient and continuous.
