At our company, we focus on driving global growth through strategic acquisitions and divestitures, and you will play a vital role in ensuring our transitions are seamless. You will be at the heart of our integration efforts, helping us bring new talent into our organization while maintaining the high standards of our internal systems.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage the onboarding and offboarding of staff within our Workday system, ensuring that payroll and benefits information is accurate for all employees joining us through acquisitions.
- You will serve as a primary point of contact for target companies and global HR partners, clearly communicating requirements and deadlines to ensure every project stays on track.
- You will oversee mass data loads and project workflows, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues and tracking all necessary follow-up activities to guarantee successful deal completion.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in human resources and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with Workday, including a solid understanding of configuration concepts like supervisory organizations and HR mapping.
- Advanced technical skills, specifically a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including the ability to manipulate complex data sets in Excel and create professional presentations in PowerPoint.
- A background in project management, which will help you prioritize competing tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- A high school degree is required, though a college degree with a focus on HR or HRIS systems is preferred.
What you'll get
As a contractor with our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that shape our global organization. You will gain valuable experience in HRIS management and corporate integration, working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to excellence and professional growth.
