The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Human Resource Executive to take ownership of the full employee life cycle. In this full-time, on-site role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our Indonesian team. You will be instrumental in ensuring our HR operations are seamless, from the moment a new hire joins us until their eventual departure. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on independence and is eager to collaborate closely with our colleagues in both Indonesia and India to drive our shared business objectives forward.
A day in the life
- You will lead our recruitment efforts by sourcing and hiring local talent to help our team grow.
- You will manage essential HR operations, including payroll processing, tax compliance, claims reimbursement, and the administration of employee benefits.
- You will serve as the heartbeat of our office, handling employee relations, organizing engagement initiatives, and overseeing daily administrative tasks like office management and supply procurement.
Who you are
You are a self-motivated individual who enjoys taking initiative and working independently. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- You have between 2 and 7 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative roles.
- You are between 25 and 32 years old.
- You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in both English and Indonesian.
- You have a proven track record in managing HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- You are comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
