As we continue to evolve, we are seeking a proactive Senior Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in a remote capacity and help us drive our HR transformation forward.
Key outcomes
- Oversee HR operations and ensure all employee records remain accurate within our HR systems.
- Support the successful implementation and adoption of the Helix HR operating model across the organization.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, promotions, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare essential documentation such as employment contracts, policy updates, and formal correspondence.
- Maintain strict compliance with UK employment legislation and coordinate internal compliance training programs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Provide support during formal meetings, including performance reviews, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Utilize employee engagement tools to gather insights and share actionable data with leadership.
- Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent HR support and alignment with company goals.
Requirements
- A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive background as an HR generalist with a deep understanding of the full employee lifecycle.
- Practical experience or working knowledge of the Helix HR model or similar operating frameworks.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage HR systems and maintain high levels of data accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in leading or supporting organizational change initiatives.
- Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
