About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to join our team on a full-time basis. In this position, you will report to our regional HRBP based in Singapore and work closely with our leadership team throughout Southeast Asia. You will act as a key driver for our people agenda, focusing on organizational growth, leadership development, and workforce transformation while ensuring our HR operations remain efficient and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise senior stakeholders and business leaders by aligning our people strategy with broader business goals, market realities, and growth plans.
- Partner with functional leads to identify high-potential talent, manage succession planning, and coach managers to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Leverage people analytics and AI-driven insights to monitor talent risks, track attrition trends, and improve overall workforce planning.
Requirements
- Seven to ten years of relevant HR experience, including at least three years in a senior HRBP role within a high-growth, multi-country environment such as e-commerce or tech.
- Deep expertise in Malaysian labour laws and a strong background in managing complex employee relations.
- Proven ability to communicate and facilitate effectively with senior leadership, with proficiency in English.
- A strong HR generalist foundation covering performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
- An analytical mindset that allows you to interpret data, identify patterns, and tell a compelling story to influence business outcomes.
Location
This role is based in Malaysia, though you should expect to travel within the Southeast Asia region depending on the needs of the business.
