The opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated HubSpot Sales Executive to join our team as a pure hunter. Your mission is to identify and close new business opportunities outside of the current HubSpot ecosystem, specifically targeting companies that are not yet using the platform. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final signature. While you will lead the software sale, you will also work closely with our internal service sales team to attach our expert service packages to every deal, ensuring our clients receive a comprehensive solution for their growth.
A day in the life
- You will develop and execute a robust outbound prospecting strategy, utilizing multi-channel outreach to generate a consistent pipeline of new business.
- You will lead discovery calls, deliver customized platform demonstrations, and manage technical scoping to clearly articulate the value of HubSpot to potential clients.
- You will collaborate with our internal sales counterparts to integrate our service offerings into software deals and maintain accurate records within our partner portal to ensure proper attribution.
Who you are
You are a seasoned sales professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in high-activity outbound SaaS sales. You thrive as a hunter, with a proven ability to generate the majority of your own pipeline through cold outreach and networking. Because you possess a deep understanding of the HubSpot suite, you are comfortable demoing the software independently. You are a skilled negotiator who can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and displace incumbent technologies. You communicate fluently in English and bring a collaborative, team-first mindset to every deal.
