We are seeking an experienced HubSpot developer to join our team. As a HubSpot developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining HubSpot websites, landing pages, email templates, and workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HubSpot platform and experience working with clients to develop custom solutions.

What you will do?

Develop and maintain HubSpot websites, landing pages, email templates, and workflows.

Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop custom HubSpot solutions to meet those needs.

Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure that all HubSpot assets are optimized for performance and user experience.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HubSpot functionality and integrations.

Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and trends, and recommend new features or improvements to marketing teams as needed.

Train clients on how to use and manage their HubSpot assets.

What are we looking for?

3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining HubSpot websites, landing pages, email templates, and workflows.

Strong understanding of HubSpot functionality and the ability to develop custom solutions using the platform.

Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with internal marketing to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

The Path to Joining the Mactores Team

At Mactores, our recruitment process is structured around three distinct stages:

Pre-Employment Assessment:

You will be invited to participate in a series of pre-employment evaluations to assess your technical proficiency and suitability for the role.

Managerial Interview: The hiring manager will engage with you in multiple discussions, lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, to assess your technical skills, hands-on experience, leadership potential, and communication abilities.

HR Discussion: During this 30-minute session, you'll have the opportunity to discuss the offer and next steps with a member of the HR team.
