We are currently searching for a dedicated individual to help us manage our human resources data and ensure our timekeeping processes run smoothly.
What is this role?
We are hiring a Senior HRIS Technician to work with us on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position located in Suriname. You will be a vital part of our Human Resources department, focusing on the accuracy and integrity of our employee timekeeping systems.
What will you do?
- You will verify employee timesheets on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis to ensure all data is accurate.
- You will act as a primary resource for staff by providing guidance on timekeeping procedures and resolving any discrepancies that arise.
- You will maintain the consistency and quality of our time-tracking processes while ensuring full compliance with our internal company policies and relevant regulations.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in administration and a sharp eye for detail. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma, such as VWO, IMEAO, or HAVO.
- At least 5 years of experience in timekeeping or general clerical and administrative work.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch, along with the ability to speak Sranan Tongo.
- A willingness to work on-site in Brokopondo on a rotational schedule of 5 days on and 2 days off.
