What you bring
We are looking for a Junior HRIS Analyst to join our team on a Full Time basis. In this role you will work with HR leadership to refine processes, maintain data accuracy, and support the technologies that keep our people operations running smoothly. You will bring 1-3 years of hands-on HRIS experience, familiarity with ADP, and comfort working with Microsoft Office and Power BI. Three key responsibilities include generating reports and queries to support decision-making, leading compliance programs such as I-9 audits and EEO-1 filings, and delivering user training on system updates and new tools. This position is based in the United States and follows a hybrid schedule.
Requirements
You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or you have equivalent professional experience. You communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, and you approach problems with strong analytical and organizational skills. You are comfortable handling confidential information, meeting deadlines, and adapting when priorities shift. Proficiency with ADP Vantage, Greenhouse, Power BI, or similar platforms is important, and any prior exposure to HR compliance reporting is a plus. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious about process improvement, and eager to keep learning as our HR technology evolves.
What we offer
You will earn between $80,000 and $105,000 annually, depending on experience, and you may also qualify for an annual discretionary bonus of up to 10 percent of base salary.
