The opportunity
We are looking for an HRIS Analyst II to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will act as a key subject matter expert for our Human Resource Information System, specifically focusing on Workday. Your primary goal is to ensure our systems are running smoothly while providing creative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will be the go-to person for functional areas such as HCM, payroll, benefits, and time tracking, ensuring our technology infrastructure supports our employees and business goals effectively.
A day in the life
- You will manage the daily operations of our HRIS, which includes troubleshooting root causes, resolving system incidents, and overseeing necessary upgrades or releases.
- You will perform system configurations, such as managing business processes, user security, and core tables, while also developing custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable data insights.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to define technical requirements, lead discussions on process improvements, and ensure our workflows remain efficient and compliant with SOX controls.
Who you are
You are a mid-level professional with a passion for data integrity and system optimization. You bring a strong background in technology and a collaborative spirit to everything you do. Specifically, you have:
- At least 3 years of functional experience working with Workday HCM.
- A solid understanding of Workday security settings and EIB data loads.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the company.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Why you'll love it here
We are committed to supporting your well-being and professional growth through a comprehensive suite of benefits. When you join our team, you will have access to:
- Medical and dental insurance coverage.
- Commuter benefits to help with your daily travel.
- A variety of wellness programs and perks.
- Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and a paid gift week in December.
- Retirement planning and education perks.
