HR Volunteer at Aspiring Vietnam

We are looking for a dedicated person to join our team as an HR Volunteer. What is this role?

This is a senior-level volunteer position that operates entirely on a remote basis. We are looking for someone with significant experience who can step in and help us manage our internal processes and team growth. Because we work with diverse groups, being comfortable in a flexible, online environment is essential for success in this role.

What will you do?

• You will lead our recruitment efforts by planning, executing, and reporting on hiring needs to ensure we have the right talent for our various projects at the right time.
• You will take charge of organizing internal events and activities designed to keep our members engaged and connected to our mission.
• You will manage our internal communications and documentation, which includes organizing files for our projects, members, mentors, and guests, while also helping to foster a positive organizational culture.

To thrive in this role, you should have a strong background in Human Resources and recruitment. We need someone who is highly organized and capable of managing documentation effectively.
