Role at a glance
We are looking for a mid-level HR Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Estonia, where you will play a key role in supporting our company culture and recruitment efforts. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure our internal processes are as sharp as our talent acquisition strategies.
Your impact
- You will manage the full lifecycle of HR documentation, including employment contracts and onboarding or offboarding procedures, while ensuring we stay compliant with the Estonian Contracts Act.
- You will take the lead on proactive tech talent sourcing, building strong candidate pipelines through platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub to help us attract the best people in the industry.
- You will maintain our recruitment workflows and candidate data within our ATS, ensuring every applicant has a seamless and positive experience from the first touchpoint to the final interview.
What you'll need
- A solid background in recruitment and HR documentation, specifically with a strong grasp of the Estonian Contracts Act.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse and a proven ability to source tech talent effectively.
- An agile and organized mindset, with the ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion.
- A proactive approach to work, with a genuine desire to improve existing processes and enhance the candidate experience.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively across our global teams.
