HR Specialist at Vlisco Netherlands

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as an HR Specialist. Our organization thrives on a collaborative spirit, and our HR department is a close-knit group of eight experts who support our staff and leadership. As a key member of our HR Servicedesk, you will work alongside two direct colleagues to provide essential support and guidance. About the Role

This is a full-time, senior position based on-site. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries, helping to streamline our internal processes and maintaining the high standard of service our team is known for. You will be instrumental in managing the daily operational tasks that keep our organization running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employees via phone, email, and digital platforms, escalating complex cases to the appropriate HR partners when necessary.
• Manage the full lifecycle of employee documentation, including processing personnel changes, maintaining accurate files, and drafting employment contracts.
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes while ensuring full compliance with labor laws, internal guidelines, and relevant regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar HR capacity.
• A solid educational background at the MBO level with a focus on Human Resources.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience working with various HR systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with a required proficiency in Dutch at a B2 level and a preference for English language abilities.
• A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks.
